This programme studies the use of language models in legal research, and coherence requires declaring how they are used in producing this site.

In producing this site

Structure, drafting and revision are assisted by a language model, under full review by the responsible researcher, who answers for all published content. No text is published without complete human reading.

Model, version and purpose are stated at the foot of any page produced with material assistance.

In the research itself

Published work declares, in each case, the model used, the pinned version, execution parameters and date. That declaration is a condition of replicability, and its absence in the work of others is an object of criticism in this programme.

What is not done

No reference, citation, judicial decision, statutory provision or figure is produced by automatic generation without verification against the primary source. Every discrepancy found on verification is declared in the text itself, including where it corrects my own earlier work.

Third-party data

No client data, case filings or information under professional secrecy is used, processed or referred to in this research programme, under any circumstances, pursuant to article 7, II, of Brazilian Federal Law 8.906/1994.
